Criticism over SPLGO 2012 : Sharjeel furious at Nawaz
17 September, 2012
KARACHI: The Sindh Information Minister, Sharjeel Inam Memon, said on Sunday that he would send Urdu translation of Sindh People's Local Government Ordinance 2012 to Mian Nawaz Sharif if he couldn't read and understand its English version. In a statement here, Sharjeel described PML-N chief as 'educated illiterate' and remarked that the way he had termed the SPLGO as a conspiracy to divide Sindh reflected his hypocrisy. Moreover, he said, it also raises a question about his educational qualification. "I would challenge his degree in the court, as it looks that he is doing politics on fake degree." He further stated that the interview of Abdul Qadeer Khan had also exposed the 'Paper Lion' Nawaz Sharif who didn't want nuclear explosion but today claims to be champion of nuclear technology. "It was Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who pioneered the atomic programme and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto promoted it further for strengthening defence capability of the country but now the king of corruption and plunder was making false claims about it. The minister said Mian Nawaz Sharif should also come out with clear stance on Kalabagh Dam project. End.
