CJ doing the real job... By Khursheed

26 June, 2012

Now that the Chief Justice of Pakistan has distanced himself from all the cases of Bahria Town, one expects Malik Riaz to get a lawyer to defend him on the contempt charges by the Supreme Court. The CJ has set a good example in the history of the judiciary by first taking his son to task, and now by distancing himself from the Bahria Town hearing.

In a country like Pakistan that is teeming with corrupt personalities and abundant resources to keep the wheels of corruption in motion, people like the CJ are a beacon of hope. There is hope that one day there would be a complete dispensation of justice and corruption in Pakistan would become difficult to attempt.
