QUETTA: Two bombs were recovered from outside polling stations of NA-262 constituency, which forced the authorities to halt the polling process for almost three hours and later resuming it in tents.
As per media reports, the bombs had been planted at the main gates of Haji Bakht and Shah Sawar polling stations. Pakistan Army troops immediately cordoned off both the polling stations and evacuated voters from the site, while Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) personnel were also called in from Quetta.
The polling staff later arranged alternative places to facilitate the voters.
