Bad service providers... By Faryal

11 February, 2013

I recently read a letter in your paper from a businessman complaining about the mobile services provided by a Norwegian company. I face the same issues too and am sure many other users go through the same agony each day. It's very frustrating when the call suddenly gets disconnected, especially when one is in the middle of the important conversation. It has happened with me so many times that I have decided to switch over to some other network.

I am also facing inside connectivity problem. I cannot even rely on SMS to communicate since they are never delivered on time. Is there any authority or agency who keeps a check on these service issues on these cellular phone companies?
