Anti-polio dangers... By Sana

There seems to be no end to the dangers and misery those trusted with healthcare in this country have to face. First we had the assassinations of members of polio vaccination teams gunned down by the militants back in December and now another incident has taken place to help suspend all activities in the country. Now, another incident has occurred, sealing the nail in our collective coffin: a policeman has been shot dead whilst protecting a polio vaccination team in Peshawar. This is tragic indeed as anybody attached to those given this noble duty are putting their lives in danger. The government needs to take note and take action against those who are aiding the spread of disease and illness in this country. What are we waiting for? SANA JALIL
