America regional security threat, says Ahmadinejad

ISLAMABAD: Iranian President Mahmood Ahmadinejad has denounced Israel as today's cruel and depraved Yazid, while holding American presence in Afghanistan as a regional security threat.
During his interview with a private TV channel, the Iranian President boldly condemned the suicide bombing in Rawalpindi, as an endeavor by enemies of Islam and Pakistan to make all nefarious efforts to destabilize Pakistan.
He expressed his deep hopes that Pakistani masses would stand united and brave all odds, to foil these nefarious attempts, with due participation and assistance of their Iranian brothers, who would never desert their Pakistani brothers in this time of urgency.
Ahmadinejad said that Western Powers, strongly averse to nuclear advancement of Pakistan wanted to stem Pakistan's progress in this field and were busy conspiring.
Urging the governments of Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan to evolve a joint strategy against the menace of terrorism, he stressed against Muslims' indulging in self-destructive habits of forcing edicts, and religious controversies, besides fratricide (killing each other); reminding that Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was neither a Sunni nor a Shiite, but a Muslim in truer sense.
Replying to a question, he said that America would vacate Afghanistan by the year 2014, which was currently a security risk for the region; while Syria's best solution for its bloody crisis lay in free, fair and transparent elections in that country.
He also strongly denied that Iran was interfering anywhere in world, and also declared that the current grim and warring situation of Gaza was far more important for humanity, than anything else.
He berated the treacherous and terrorist- laden part being globally played by wily and ruthlessly unscrupulous Zionist entity of Israel, which also included manipulating, exploiting social and cultural sectors of any country, including Palestine.
Declaring the current Gaza invasion of Israel as the sixth of its kind, he said that American and Jewish leadership, realizing their ultimate downfalls were contemplating alternate ways to survive.
The Iranian President also expressed that the incumbent extremist and fundamentalist Palestinian leadership was not satisfied with this scenario, and would like to change it according to its policies, and to protect itself: something Western powers, endangered by the situation, would not like.
He also ridiculed the efforts of (themselves) nuclear stockpiled states to stem the growth and use of newer nuclear arsenals, and these nuclear countries had no legal, moral rights to take any kind of action against other nuclear-bound countries.
