Accident leaves 3 dead

HERAT: A collision between two vehicles left three persons dead and six wounded in Bala Balok district of Farah province today, police said Tuesday.
A motorcar collided head-on with a passenger vehicle in Tank Muhammad Essa area of Bala Balok district this noon, Muhammad Ghaus Malyar, security chief of Farah province, told AIP.
He said three occupants of both the vehicles were killed and six others sustained injuries, adding the injured were taken to hospital for treatment.
