ANF moves SC against bail to Musa Gilani, Shahab

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) filed a review petition against the Supreme Court's orders to grant interim bails to Federal Minister for Textiles Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin and MNA Ali Musa Gilani in the ephedrine quota scandal case.

According to media reports, the Anti-Narcotics Force prayed to the court to review its ruling and repeal interim bails given to the accused, including Shahabuddin and Musa Gilani, in the ephedrine quota case.

The petition was filed by Shahid Abbasi advocate who said the arrest of the two accused is indispensable for investigation of the chemical quota case.
