A right way to lead... By Rubab

According to media reports, Yang Dacai, the head of the Shaanxi provincial work safety administration in China, wearing a costly watch, was smiling at the site of an accident between a bus and a loaded tanker. He, for his improper behaviour, was found guilty of serious misconduct after thorough investigation and was removed from his official position.
This story reflects the benchmark of the conduct of the Chinese leadership on how a Chinese official is required to behave. If we take the example of the west, the official/employee will not attend unofficial calls on his mobile phone during his duty hours, for he is not supposed to misuse the moment in time for which he is being paid by the employer. In our country, we too follow some principles and even work until late hours but some offices need attention of the federal and provincial governments to amend some shoddy workplace traditions.
