A nation without fuel... By Meerab

These days, people are more concerned about the oft-changing price of petroleum than their daily food requirements because the government is taking no firm steps to control this spiralling issue. CNG, which is a good substitute for petroleum, is not available all the time as well, so if one does not get CNG and one does not get petrol, what does the common man do? Should we all try to drive our cars on water? I am sure that if people somehow manage to run their cars on water, then our government will increase water prices as well. I suggest that the government make plans on how best to utilise all its resources to make these essential fuels available so that our future generations know that they have options and a way to spend less money — via CNG — than they need to.
