Austrian daredevil Felix Baumgartner has broken three world records in one go, proving that when it comes to endurance, man is unbeatable. Freefalling from outer space, Mr Baumgartner put his life at great risk to prove that there is nothing man cannot do. I had the good fortune of watching the jump live online and, I can tell you, I had goose bumps watching this man jump from his little space capsule from 24 miles above the earth. The video, although live, was shown on a 20 second time lapse in case he died during the attempt — that is how dangerous it was. The Austrian has cemented his place in history and should serve as a role model for people everywhere, showing them that they can achieve whatever they put their minds to no matter how big the task.
