The upcoming elections will be a big milestone for this almost failed nation. It is the first time a democratically elected government has finished its term without intervention. It is also the first time people will be going to the polling stations with a renewed sense of hope. We have big problems in Pakistan, most of all the load shedding, which is not letting the people breathe even in winters. It is hoped the new setup thinks about the people instead of itself. That is the only way to bring about a real change. SOBIA KHAN
