93 Georgian troops injured

KABUL: Total of 93 Georgian soldiers have been wounded in 2010-2012 while serving in Afghanistan, according to the Georgian Ministry of Defense.

The information was obtained by the Tbilisi-based IDFI from the MoD under the freedom of information act and released on January 4.

MoD usually does not release information about the incidents in which Georgian soldiers sustain injuries and precise number of Georgian servicemen wounded in action.
