KABUL: Unknown gunmen shot dead four persons, including a former jihadi commander, in Bagram district of Parwan province on Tuesday.

A former jihadi commander Sher Agha, his brother and two guards lost their lives when the gunmen opened fire on them in Hamzakhel area of Bagram, the district police chief Zamari Nasiri told the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).

The incident is under investigation, he maintained. No one has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
