3 drown in flooded Kech Nullah

QUETTA: At least three people drowned after a passenger van swept away in a flooded Nullah in Kech district on Tuesday.
According to sources, the van was on its way to Turbat from Awaran when it was swept away in Hoshab nullah which was flooded due to heavy rains. The body of one of the passengers was recovered.
Moreover, in Rawalpindi, at least three young men were washed away in Nullah Leh near Ratta Amral on Tuesday morning.
Rescue sources said that one young man was saved, while the search for the remaining two was in progress. Rescue staff and divers were frantically trying to find them from the flooded Nullah Leh where water level is rising fast.
Meanwhile, army has also been called for help in view of the situation emanating from torrential rains and floods, especially in Gowalmandi area of Rawalpindi.
