ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) delegation including secretary general Arshad Daad leaves for China on seven day visit on Monday.

According to details, the 20 member delegation has left for China on invitation of Communist Party.

The delegation is expected to meet high level officials during their seven-day visit. They will also review China’s achievement to eliminate poverty and corruption.

On October 1, PTI chairman Imran Khan appointed veteran party member Arshad Daad to the post of secretary general.

Previously, Daad has served the party as the additional secretary general after Jahangir Tareen’s resignation in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s December 15, 2017 verdict disqualifying him from holding public office.
