2 killed, several injured in factory roof collapse

LAHORE: According to reports, at least 2 people were killed and several injured in an explosion of a cylinder explosion in a medicine manufacturing factory in Kharak area of Lahore.
At least 35 to 50 people were said to be inside the building at the time of explosion.
Three houses adjacent to the factory also collapsed after the explosion while the rescue services are underway but they are facing difficulties due to narrow streets.
Majority of the factory workers trapped under the debris are women. Two dead bodies have been recovered from the debris.
