ANDAR: Two Taliban leaders were captured in joint Afghan-Nato operations in Afghanistan on Monday, an Isaf statement said. "An Afghan and coalition security force arrested a Taliban leader and detained one suspected insurgent in Andar district, Ghazni province Monday," the statement said. The leader commanded a group that organised and executed attacks against Afghan and coalition forces, along with overseeing the placement of improvised explosive devices, according to Isaf. End.
