18 criminals detained in Kabul

KABUL: Police arrested 18 suspected criminals over the past three days on charge of murder cases, drug trafficking, fake documents and collecting Oshar(10th part of harvests), the Ministry of Interior, said.

Three of the detainees were arrested on charge of murder case in the Char Qala Qazirabad area of Kabul, while six others were detained on charge of making fake documents including national identity cards and passports, the general director of crime investigation department at MoI, Brig. Gen. Abdul Rahman Rahimi, addressed a press conference.

One suspect arrested for drug trafficking, another government official for getting $300 bribe, two others for weapons smuggling and as many others detained for getting Oshar (10th part of harvests) from people, he added.
