Increase in petroleum prices proposed

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has proposed increasing petroleum and products prices due to the weakening of rupee.
A summary sent by OGRA to Ministry of Petroleum suggests increasing the per litre retail price of kerosene oil by Rs 1.94, light speed diesel by Rs 1.62 and that petrol by Rs 1.96.
OGRA has suggested to slash the retail price of high speed diesel by one rupee.
