Although Indian reporters allege Pakistan for supporting Maoist guirellas in Nepal, in reality it has always been India rather than Pakistan who has carried out insurgent activities in Bangladesh and Nepal. In order to achieve its hegemonic designs in the region, it has been India’s foremost priority to create destabilization among its neighbouring countries.

India through RAW has played terrorist activities in order to destabilize the respective governments in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and other neighbouring states. Most importantly, there are strong operational linkages between Indian Maoist Communist Center (MCC), Peoples War Group (PWG) and Maoist guerillas in Nepal. The MCC and PWG based in Bihar and Andhra Pradesh are instrumental in providing Nepalese Maoists with training facilities, arms, ammunition, logistical support and safe sanctuaries to take refuge once hounded by security forces. India through its militant organizations is promoting terrorism in Nepal. The events of confrontation between Royal Nepal Army and Maoist guirellas show that Maoists are a hinderance in the revolution and prosperity and are aggravating the problems of impoverished masses because of their opportunistic and cruel tactics. Thousands of innocent citizens including women and children are slain by Maoists because they were being suspected as agents of law enforcing agencies. Ironically, India is showing undue munificence towards these Mao rebels and they safely recede into their hideouts in Indian territory after operating and attacking Nepali military and paramilitary forces. Nepali politicians claim Indian interference and abetting of Naxalites also. King Gyanendra in his Indian visit in June, 2004 handed over a list of 35 senior Maoists leaders believed to be hiding in the state’s Northern Darjeeling districts. Common denominator of this visit was Nepalese request seeking India’s assistance in controlling Maoists attacks in Nepal as India holds the key of controlling Maoist insurgency. The Maoists have become the best weapon for India to fulfill its mission. Nepalese government is also concerned over the reports that Maoists cadres are being trained by LTTE Guirellas in Srilanka. There is a palpable apprehension in Nepal that India may use Maoist insurgency to send a peacekeeping force to consolidate its influence in Nepal. Besides creating destabilization in Nepal, the ethnic crisis in Bhutan led by people of Nepalese origin is aggravated by Indian intelligence agency RAW to try and turn the political crisis to India’s advantage. According to observers, it is surprising that when Pakistan renders moral/diplomatic support to the freedom fighters in Indian Held Kashmir who are fighting for an internationally recognized legitimate cause, India accuses her for committing “cross border terrorism”. Hence there is no reason as to why the international community should not take cognizance of Indian nexus with Maoists insurgents in Nepal and her nefarious design to destabilize a smaller neighbouring country.

It should be the foremost responsibility of India to adopt a policy of non-interference in the internal affairs of neighbouring peace-loving countries. If only India realizes the importance of peace in the region, all problems of neighbouring countries bordering India would solve automatically. Perhaps, the Indian government realizes this responsibility and let peace prevail in the region by adopting a policy of non-interference.

End.

Don't play the Game

Nepali King is our Hope, Don't play the Game

Dr. Narendra Khatri

Indian media, as expected, is hostile. Even rallies in support of HM's
action was shown by the Indian TV as rallies against the King.!! Such
distorted news indicates Indian intent. In HM's address to the nation
Priority is to be given to:
Peace (law and order), estimated to require three years. (Has issued
both a call and warning to the Maoist), King has appealed for
discipline and responsibility from political parties, media, and civil
organizations.

People of Nepal want justice to be served so that what has happened to
our motherland in the last fourteen years will never happen again. The
looting of our people and of our nation by these elected is
unacceptable and unpardonable. Now it is about time the people and the
King unite to fight against foreign agents who claim to be leaders of
political parties in Nepal and their idiotic followers.

Their brand of democracy seems to give them the right to loot the
nation and her people the way they want. Election to parliament is not
a license to loot and involve in activities that undermine our
national sovereignty and national integrity. Without peace and
security, there can't be any elections, and without elections there
can't be a government of people's representatives.

We have learnt a lesson after paying a heavy price and wasting
three-and-a-half years, men and material. All previous governments
failed to create a proper atmosphere for elections. His Majesty
personally and collectively met political leaders and said we should
face the challenge to democracy and save it. Unfortunately, because of
the infighting within and among parties there was no option left for
His Majesty: he was compelled to take over the government.

Dr. Narendra Khatri

India bribes newsmen to write against Nepal Bangaladesh and Pakistan'

Indian intelligence agencies are harassing Arun Rajnath (Left) , the Special Correspondent of South Asia Tribune in New Delhi after failing to persuade him to stop writing what these agencies describe as stories against the national security of India.Rajnath, who has been reporting for the SAT for almost two years has also been refused accreditation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs because MEA officials say he writes against their advice and against the national interest. The harassment of Rajnath in New Delhi comes shortly after Pakistan Government had placed the South Asia Tribune Editor, Shaheen Sehbai, on the infamous Exit Control List which prohibits Pakistani citizens to leave the country. Sehbai is in Washington but if he enters Pakistan, he will not be allowed to leave the country.
Arun Rajnath has been receiving crank calls and threatening E-mails by a person who calls himself Asif Nadeem. This person claims to be from a security agency. When Rajnath refused to concede his demands to propagate Government's views in the South Asia Tribune, he was threatened to face the consequences. On the other hand, the Publicity Division of the Ministry of External Affairs has directed the Press Information Bureau not to issue a Press-accreditation to Arun Rajnath, as it was not in the national interest of India.According to Rajnath, the person who identifies himself as Asif Nadeem first called him up on his home telephone number on the morning of June 21, 2005, and claimed to be speaking from the Media Cell of the Home Ministry. Nadeem said that he wanted to see Rajnath.Arun invited him to a crowded Coffee Shop in Cannaught Place, the heart of Delhi. Asif Nadeem came wearing the dark blue shirt and off-white pants which he had said he would be wearing for identification. Nadeem first tried to bribe Rajnath and offered to pay Rs10,000 per month for writing one story per month against Pakistan or Bangladesh or Nepal or Hurriyat Conference or Naxalites or any one else suggested by the security agencies.Nadeem claimed that many top journalists covering External, Home and Defense Ministries were on the payroll of security agencies or the concerned ministries and they received handsome compensation packages which Arun could also get after proving his worth.

India's Support For Nepali Terrorists

India's Support For Nepali Terrorists
Dr. Bikash Thapa India is fighting a war in Nepal. Other regional players would not accept such a development if it were an open, conventional war, since it would be detrimental to their own security. But it is a shadow war, a war by proxy and threatening to Nepal's territorial integrity and sovereignty. There should be no doubt that the Indian government and establishment is tacitly and overtly helping the Nepalese terroists in their nine-year 'People's War' through acts of omission and commission. The Indian Machiavelli and foreign policy advisor to the Indian government, S.D. Muni has gone on record as demanding that Nepal must be 'marginalized' if India is to emerge as an effective 'regional power.' Towards this end, the western powers have already endorsed India's attempt to bag a permanent seat on the United Nation's Security Council, albeit without the veto power. They are now following India's lead in regional affairs. In his book on the Nepalese terroists, Muni has emerged as their proponent and implicitly stipulated the tactics and strategy of undermining the Nepalese monarchy - which, if led to their logical conclusion, would ultimately mean the demise of the Nepalese nation. For him, the support of the People's War is an extension of Indian diplomacy by other means! It is astounding that people in the know are unable or unwilling to see through Indian intentions. It is a case of missing the wood for the trees. That is to say, there is an inherent incapacity to differentiate between formal Indian statements/propaganda - their public stand and what they actually do or not do - their actual perceptions and concrete actions. The latest and unnecessary diatribe by the Indian president during his address to parliament is a case in point. For the record, let us recapitulate: first, the Nepalese terroists' command, control and communication centres are on Indian soil. There has been no official denial to this effect to date. Is it at all conceivable that the Indian security forces, the intelligence agencies and by extension the Indian government are fundamentally unaware of this indisputable fact?Second, although Nepal is surrounded on three sides by Indian territory and the international border is quite long, how is it that the Indian security forces - allegedly 'one of the best in the world' - are so ineffective? The terrorists coming from their safe havens on Indian territory, slip in and out at will.Third, the free flow of arms and ammunition for the terrorists from Indian territory is continuous - a river of death and destruction. Of course, Indian security forces, to keep a bold face, do inform our own armed forces now and again about 'suspicious movements' and they are then able to intercept such illegal smuggling of lethal arms. However, according to Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) estimates and because of tardy and incomplete communication from the Indian side, more than sixty percent of the arms and ammunition do reach their stipulated destinations. It is, indeed, an uphill task for the RNA and an unacceptable situation for the Nepalese state.Fourth, India has been continuously undermining Nepal's democratic institutions and corrupting its politicians, intellectuals, and of course, the much touted free press. It is an open secret that many individual Nepalese and organizations are beholden to the Indian government and establishment because of pecuniary and other benefits. India regularly accuses Pakistan of encouraging 'cross-border terrorism.' It seems the Nepalese terroists do not belong to this category. Are they then 'freedom fighters' and 'democracy warriors'? India, the UK and the United States have stopped military supplies to Nepal or are poised to do so. The Maoist leaders must be laughing up their sleeves at this unexpected turn of events in their favour. Thanks to Indian machinations and western duplicity and gullibility, the terroists now have the western powers as their undeclared supporters. They already have the self-appointed international champions of human rights and press freedom in their pockets.

In our present critical condition, the Nepalese have to realize that those who are truly against us. We are, after all, fighting a just war against terror.

Conspiracy

It looks like a lot of anti India conspiracy is going on. These people are blaming for everything. According to these people India has the best intelligence and it has nothing constructive to do. These people believe that what success India is having is because of its distructive nature. I think these people should use there mind and think that the success India is enjoying is because Indians always worked on building themselves not by destructing others. By destructing others all one can get is destruction all everywhere. India partially missed Industrial revoultion because of British rule. Then Mr Mehru and Mrs Indira Gandhi tried to hit the Green revolution but could not reep its taste because by that time India was not good in new technological equipments used for farming. Now when IT industry was shaping up, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi realized it and gave this statement: "We missed Industrial and Green revolution but we should not miss IT revolution, so get up and work in that direction to make India more and more informed." Today India is reeping the result of those efforts. I am telling all this to tell you guys that where India's focus is. India is not doing anything destructive in its neighbouring countries they themselves are not able to manage there countries and that's why they are blaming on others. An intelligent group of people always consentrate to excel themselevs and on to disrupt others lives. This is the law of nature, I hope everybody accepts it.

Hasan,

After reading your comments, I really pity you. You are not aware of nay situation and you are simply trying to poke your nose. If you really care that much for Pakistan, then why the hell did you get separated from Pakistan in 1971. And don't forget that your prime minister came to India and pleaded for separation from Pakistan. Secondly, when we are discussion the issue why are you somuch concerned. Better you mind your own business. Suprisingly, and I am very much happy to know that evenmy country can think of doing this type of nuisance to other countries. For your informations, ministers of India are not free from themlves then how can they interfere in other countries matter. Lastly, we are not bothered with what is happening with Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh. We have our problems to solve. So let us solve our own problem. And better if you mind your own business.

May God forgive you for what you have said, since you are not aware of what you are saying.

RAW offers hundreds of thousands of rupees to the means of mass media under the pretext of advertisement and always tries to keep them on its side. This will help it spread unfounded‚ fictitious rumors and hatred to serve its interests. This is perhaps in the most intensified form among the SAARC countries.
Such works as killing and kidnapping of important figures and military coups are carried out at the directive of RAW. This will help make political changes to their liking.

Let us fight against RAW to protect our countries. Wake up Bangaladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, China and Nepal.

India's Designs to Harm Bangladesh Using Islamic Militancy as Pretext
Mohammad Zainal Abedin - 5/30/2005
During the recent Awami League rule (1996-2001), India began a propaganda war which claims Islamic terrorists are becoming active in Bangladesh. A section of Dhaka-based dailies frequently made reports about the existence of the militancy in Bangladesh. They repeatedly alleged that the Muslim terrorists were being trained deep in the jungle of Chittagong Hill Tracts, or Sundarbans or different madrashas of the country. Security forces instantly rushed to those spots mentioned in the dailies, but found the reports fake and baseless. To provoke the America-led western power India deliberately launched media campaign that Bangladesh has become a safe base of al-Quada and Taliban terrorists. To promote the idea of the existence of the Islamic militant groups in Bangladesh, the government even officially published booklets on the eve of the US President Bill Clinton's visit to Bangladesh. American government, however, still officially claims that there is no real Islamic militancy in Bangladesh, rather Bangladesh is a moderate Muslim democratic country.

how ill-informed

"Most importantly, there are strong operational linkages between Indian Maoist Communist Center (MCC), Peoples War Group (PWG) and Maoist guerillas in Nepal."

These lines are drawn directly from this frivolous article. I want my Nepali friends and this ill-informed author know that these groups are banned in India and have created problems within India more than anywhere else. Well certainly ,links between Indian Maoists and Nepali Maoists might exist . But to suggest that these are links between India Govt. and the Nepali Maoists not only reflect author's lack of understanding of affairs but some kind of mental feebleness.

Madam, please don't let your hate for another country develop into some kind of mental illness.

Exploitation in Northeastern India

Exploitation in Northeastern India
--- Zainal Abedin

A section of the Indians have been co ntinuously propagating that Bangladesh is providing shelter to the insurgents of the Northeastern India in general and the ULFA in particular. But Bangladesh repeatedly declared that there is no camp of Northeast insurgents in her soil. But some Indian columnists repeatedly and deliberately beat the same drum to make the people in and outside India that Bangladesh designs to secede its Northeast region though Bangladesh rejected the allegations and even does not hesitate to nab the Northeast dwellers whenever they were found in Bangladesh territory.

Bangladesh instantly arrested ULFA Secretary General Anup Chetia when it was learnt that the militant leader was staying in her soil. He was tried and punished according to the law of the land.On different occasion, Bangladesh nabbed several Indian nationals hailing from Northeast whenever they tried to enter Bangladesh territory. On May 27, Bangladeshi law enforcers killed five and arrested three Indians, hailing from Northeast. The authorities considering the weapons and explosives recovered from them became sure that they were either illegal arms smugglers or agents of Indian secret services sent to carryout subversive designs or distribute those arms and explosives to their Bangladeshi agents.

Amnesty International is helping the 'New Polpot' Terrorist Maoist of Nepal

Below are two news clipping from nepalnews.com Nepal Communist Party (Maoist) took out wives and relative of Nepalese Army personal were dragged out of their home in middle of the night and taken out of the Jungle and cut to pieces with knives the victim included one year child. These kind of act were only committed in Cambodia by the Polpot in the seventies. But the astonishing fact is human right organization like Amnesty International are supporting the Nepal Communist Party (Maoist). In the press release below you can see Amnesty International is trying to stop Nepal Army to get any arms. Nepal Army is using these arms to fight these 'new polpot' the terrorist Maoist.
Amnesty International concern is that as the Nepal Army is being successful on controlling the terrorist Maoist they will lose one more territory to their human right work. Amnesty International is getting donation amounting to US $ 25 Million for their "role" in Nepal. If peace is prevailed in Nepal they will lose this money, so they want the fighting to keep on going and their coffer keep on filling.
Please do not donate any money to Amnesty International; your donation will only help get more one year old child butchered.

One has to think in a broadway

Dear friends it is well known that government directed intelligence service of every country will bring a favourable government to those countries where its interest lies and past events reveal that. you see that how soviet disintrigate and hands of USA look into the problem of iraq, Afganisthan, cuba, pakisthan ( support of USA prevent another coup or powers to talibani fundamentalist). Every country would look for its own interest, let others make any hue and cry. You go through the past activities of CIA ,KGB you will find similar stories.
In the case of Nepal.India share a long unguarded border with nepal and ISI sending lot of terrorist to india throuth this route.Maoist and People war group are banned in India and it was the india who has been helping the nepal to eradict this problem. Now India and USA both reduced the millitary help, it means that USA is also encouraging the Maoist(?).
One of my esteem friend quoted the Bangladesi paper for some misdeed to some reporter. Can you quote any article reffering to BBC. secondly such news reporter can move to the court for justice. There are lot of fake press reporters moving around and working as secret agent.
Some Bangladesi pointed fingers to India. Bangladesh is country from where lot of people are migrating to Indian states of Tripura, Assam and West bengal for food and shelter. A large number of indian soldier shed their blood in the 71 war to give them fredom. India is supplying plenty of water from Farakka for irrigation and drinking water of remote places of Bangladesh ignoring the demand of water of calcutta(Kolkata)port. So what to call this bangladesi comentator.
And finally the writer of of this article who is settling some old issues with India. In all her articles she spread hatred against India. She writes all story and lives in the world of imagination. She narated a nice story of Mubbai in her article "Mumbai to shangai".She thinks all the BBC and CNN reporters are working for Indian government.
I suggest the Sobia Nisar to concentrate on your millitary rule, your democracy, plight of Pak village people, fridom of pak woman, Pakisthani help to taliban in afganisthan.women selling bazars of NWFP and so on.

She will not understand that you are Bengali and I am a Tamil and we coexist together harmoniously in India as do so many other cultures religions and languages.

Small wonder that Pakistan is the way it is today and that's because of people like her. Most of the world treats Pakistan as a Pariah country irrespective of all this talk about " frontline ally in the war against terrorism"

India preparing to subdue Pakistan Bangladesh and Nepal

Sikkim, a small kingdom in between Nepal and Bhutan, was annexed by India in 1973. A number of journalists told this correspndent in Kathmandu early this year that a group of Indian black cats left Nepal hours after the Palace massacre in which King Birendra was killed. Maoist insurgents of Nepal have got training, arms and sanctuaries in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

Rally against Indian foreign intervention

KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Demonstrators affiliated with different nationalist forums, Monday strongly voiced against foreign intervention on Nepal's internal affairs while they marched from Babarmahal to New Baneswore chanting slogans in support of nationalism.

The demonstrators carried placards and national flags while they voiced their concern towards growing foreign intervention in Nepal and also stressed the need to promote nationalism and sovereignty. The rally comprised of women, youngsters and the elderly, who braved the September heat and marched on to New Baneswore where they held a mass meeting.

Gopal Dahal, President of the Nationalist Youth Unity Forum told the mass meeting that the law and order situation had improved significantly after the Royal Proclamation. Some quarters with vested political interest were trying to disrupt the harmony and peace that had come about after February 1, he said.

He accused the Nepali Congress party of removing Constitutional Monarchy from its party statute at the behest of foreign powers. Former Minister Prakash Chitrakar said that he had volunteered to join the rally, as it aimed at voicing for unity to protect nationalism and sovereignty.

The People's Movement Committee against foreign intervention in Nepal had organised the rally that was participated in by hundreds of nationalists.

Although Nepal has earned worldwide acclaim as the country of Mount Everest, Lord Buddha and peace loving people, some groups with vested political interests had been trying to tarnish Nepal's glorious image.

They called upon all nationalist forces to unite for the larger interest of the country stating that the nation had been plunged into a serious crisis. Such a crisis had never befallen on Nepal since time of the late King Prithvi Narayan Shah, they said.

RAW's summer offensive to Arun Rajnath

S. M. Hali

As the peace offensive through the Composite Dialogue process drags on, RAW is actively engaged in its own power play to rock the boat of peace so delicately set afloat. There appears to be a method in the madness as the two-prong attack—“Peace through dialogue and war through RAW”—is launched simultaneously. Arun Rajnath of the South Asia Tribune July 12, 2004, discloses the shenanigans of RAW operatives in his revealing article, aptly titled: 'As Diplomats Hug and Talk, Secret India, Pakistan Intelligence Wars Go On'. The columnist divulges, “While the Governments of Pakistan and India are publicly shaking hands and exchanging diplomatic hugs, new ways to fight their secret wars are being tried to continue their covert intelligence operations against each other.”

Mr. Rajnath speculates regarding Pakistani Intelligence agencies stating: “Pakistan is believed to be employing Hindus and even Muslims who physically appear to be Hindus, as militants who cross into India.” However his exposé of the RAW's summer offensive is really an eye opener. “New Delhi's intelligence strategists are using known international drug and mafia dons against Pakistan. India has CIT 'X' and some international crooks with people of Indian origin to pay Pakistan in the same coin. CIT 'X' trains agents for covert operations in Pakistan. Under the Vajpayee government, the CIT 'X' and other sensitive organizations were authorized to strengthen contacts with 'sleeping agents', and recruit new front men to carry out covert operations in Pakistan.
